If you're not going to yoga today, make sure you take the time to stretch, mobilize and take care of your joints, muscles and mind. We are going to be doing the Baseline, CrossFit Total and our one mile Whole Life Challenge time trail this week. As my yoga teacher, Nancy Ruby, always reminded us in teacher training, you should aim to be strong, stretched and centered this week. Namaste.
