How do you land on top of the box during your box jumps? Do KStar's quick test to see what your default landing position looks like. If you land with your knees toward each other, you are setting yourself up for some MCL and LCL irritation down the line. Work on your hips with super frog to open up your adductors, and smash and shear your external hip flexors. This should enable you to land with your knees in a better position.
