Seva is the yogic practice of selfless service, or service performed without any expectation of compensation. Starting this month, we are offering a Seva WOD once a month in support of a local charity. Today, the 5:15pm workout is our Seva WOD. This class is free to our members and their guests with a donation of a $20 bag full of nonperishable food to the Gallatin Valley Food Bank. We will have a Gallatin Valley Food Bank donation bin in our front room during November. If you are unable to make our Seva WOD tonight, you are invited to donate nonperishable food at any time. Namaste.
