Today we are getting heavy in our front squat. Some of you have some mobility challenges getting into a good front rack position. Check out this video from the Mobility WOD project. KStar gives us three excellent mobility exercises to improve your front rack position.
Front Squat 5 x 5
Then, every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
2 squat cleans at 50-75% of your heaviest front squat set.
