At the end of last year we asked all of our members to complete a survey. We asked you about things related to the gym, our programs, classes and we asked you about your nutrition habits. Nearly all of you are willing to make a change to your eating habits. This is such good news!
We all know we can't out-exercise our diet. I bet you tried over the holidays though!
Simply, what you eat matters. That's why we are doing another Whole Life Challenge starting Jan 20.
We find that the folks who pay attention to what they eat by consuming meat, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar, attend at least 12 CrossFit classes per month, work on their mobility daily, drink plenty of water, sleep at least 7 hours, and practice mindfulness and stress reduction techniques have better body composition, perform better and are just happier people in general. I don't know about you, but I prefer to be around happy people. That's why I want you to do the Whole Life Challenge with me. Join our team and get ready to change your life for the better.
