Today we're working on the king of the Olympic lifts, the clean and jerk. We have been working some progressions for a few months, have you noticed all of the hang power cleans we have been doing? That has been to prepare you to move into the full lift. Spend as much time as you need today getting warmed up and progressively heavier. The progression in this video is a great way to warmed up and prime your muscles and nerves for lifting the big weights. Good luck!
