Today's mobility work is on our posterior chain for better deadlifting mechanics. Spend some time before class or at home, getting into these mobility positions. It will make you a deadlifting rockstar!
Deadlift Wendler Week 3.1

Dr. Phil Cameron, Chiropractor and Applied Kinesiologist at the Bozeman Wellness Center, and Coaches Leslie & James will be teaching a one hour class on mobility. In this free class you will learn why you need to do mobility exercises and how to use a foam roller, lacrosse ball and band to deal with the issues in your tissues.
