Meg demonstrating one of the movements we're doing today. Last week I wrote that hope is not a plan. Hope is an optimistic attitude based on an expectation of positive outcomes based on actions you've taken. What I want to explore today is what actions are you willing to do in order to have the expectation of a positive outcome. In other words, what choices are you willing to make to set up an expectation of positive outcomes? As I was preparing to write today's Mental Toughness blog I listened to Chasing Excellence (as I do every week) and was super excited that Ben Bergeron discusses this very topic, "What are you willing to do?" Are you willing to listen to the entire podcast? I hope so;-)
