Heidi takes off!
Our week 3 Whole Life Challenge weekly lifestyle challenge is to support each other. This is one of my favorite lifestyle challenges. Supporting each other is a win-win for everyone! We feel better when we say kind and supportive words, and the other person feels better when something nice is said to them.
I encourage everyone to say something supportive or encouraging to each other in class today. I also encourage everyone to receive support and encouragement with grace and a "Thank you." Please try your hardest not to discount someone's kind words with, "Yeah, but," or "I could/should have."
The instructions for this week's lifestyle challenge are simple:

Doing things alone is often a convenient path — you get to move at your own pace, no one tells you what to do, and no one else’s messy problems can bring you down. You are the beginning and end of any decisions about how things go.
