Both of our Fall Nutrition challenges are underway! The Whole Life Challenge started on Saturday and the Macrostax Challenge started on Monday. Both challenges are designed to help us establish healthy lifestyle choices and build momentum. We are not expected to be perfect every day. We just try to make today full of better choices than yesterday.
One of the aspects of the Whole Life Challenge that I love is the rotating weekly lifestyle habit. I will be sharing this rotating habit with you every Wednesday. Even if you're not officially participating the Whole Life Challenge you can still benefit from creating and practicing healthy lifestyle habits.
Our first Weekly Habit is to keep a daily journal. The instructions are simple:
Write in your journal for at least 10 minutes each day this week. Use one of these journal styles:
Official Whole Life Challengers are encouraged to use an alternate journal style with a focused topic for each day. So far our topics have been, accomplishments, procrastinations, courage, excuses, and today's focus is personal values. Share with us in the comments one of your personal values.
