Today's workout was created by Coach James. It's 3 rounds to represent his birth day, 75 double unders to celebrate his birth year, 41 sit-ups to celebrate his age, and 10 overhead squats to celebrate his birth month.
This workout is meant to be fast, aim to complete it in less than 10 mins. It develops speed, coordination, shoulder and core strength. Good luck!
