Coaches KStar and Carl Paoli are back to show us how to increase our hanging power on the pull-up bar. This will help you get a better score for today's WOD. As many rounds and reps in 20 Min of:
Max Rep pullups
Every time you drop off the bar completes a round. Score is total number of pullups and rounds.
