Today we start week 2 of our Power to the People Deadlift strength program. We are pulling a lot more than we have in the past since we are pulling a heavy barbell off the floor two days a week. Today's Mobility Monday video is focused on those pulling muscles of the back of the shoulder. These are the same muscles you'll be using in today's short version of the OPT test. We will retest the full version of the OPT test at the end of the Whole Life Challenge on November 14.
Today's Workout Power To the People Deadlift Day 3 Set 1 = 5 @ 35% Set 2 = 5 @ 40% Set 3 = 5 @ 50% Set 4 = 5 @ 60% + 10lbs Set 5 = 5 @ 90% of set 4 then, 2 Rounds each for time of 250m Row 10 Russian kettlebell swings 2/1.5 pood 10 Burpees 10 Russian kettlebell swings 2/1.5 pood 10 Burpees 10 Russian kettlebell swings 2/1.5 pood 250m Row Rest the same time it took you to do your first round before you start your second.
