It's Whole Life Wednesday! Whew! We survived last week's healthy lifestyle challenge of a daily 10 minute meditation practice. How did you like meditating? Are you continuing your meditation habit this week?
This week's challenge is to do nothing for 10 minutes everyday. For some of us, this might be very similar to our meditation practice.
The instructions are simple:
