Kerri's doing the 2017 CrossFit LiftOff and she wants you to do it with her!
We finish our CrossFit LiftOff training today with the 2016 CrossFit LiftOff MetCon. We are doing the 2017 CrossFit LiftOff MetCon on Saturday, Dec 2. We won't know what the MetCon is until it is released on Thursday, November 30.
The 2016 LiftOff MetCon freaked out many folks with the huge reps of overhead squats. This was CrossFit's way of exploiting potential weakness in a competition. The weight is super light, and the workout is relatively short. It is highly unlikely you'll make it through all of the squats. Try to break them up into sets of 10.
The CrossFit LiftOff is different from the CrossFit Open because you compete against others in your age and weight class. This means you're competing against folks just like you! How nice is that?
We will be doing the CrossFit LiftOff next week. We have a team of 5 so far. I hope you decide to join our team.
