Skill work: double or triple unders
10 rounds for time and reps of:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
30 secs double unders
Today's workout is all about pacing and staying calm. It is also a test of some of our most recent strength tests, the hang power clean and the push press. Use 75% of your 3RM hang power clean or 85% of your 1RM push press weight. Your score is your time to finish and your double under reps.
