Mike, Why do you Do CrossFit?
What was your fitness life like before you started training with True Spirit CrossFit?
Nothing special. Running once per month, but nothing consistent.
What brought you to True Spirit CrossFit in the first place?
A chance meeting with Leslie and my brother at a gym in Petaluma, CA. He called me the next day and told me to join this gym.
What was your first impression? Has that changed?
How am I going to keeping coming back here when I can barely walk the next day? Definitely look forward to coming to the gym as form, stamina and strength have vastly improved.
What was the first thing fun or positive thing you experienced while training with us?
Probably my first check-in as I could see all my improvements on paper and really gave me more motivation to stick with CrossFit.
Are you working on any special CrossFit related skill now?
Muscle ups and I got my first one.
How has you life changed since training with TSCF?
So much lighter, stronger and overall just feeling healthier.
What's your favorite True Spirit CrossFit memory?
Getting two PRs and my first muscle up in a single workout.
