He is also giving a FREE sports supplement talk at 6:30pm. There will NOT BE a CrossFit class at 6:30pm on Oct 22. Instead, come to this free sport supplement talk.

Today is our second Fall Guest Day, and we have a great workout planned for you and your guests.
We are excited to announce the winner of our "Who Programmed This?" contest. For 4 weeks we had workouts planned by all of our coaches. It was fun to see all of you guess who programmed each day. Did you notice any patters? Do some coaches have an obvious style? CrossFit is defined as constantly carried high intensity functional movement. Tell us, did the last 4 weeks of workouts meet this definition?

Partner 1 rows while partner 2 completes 50 double unders (or 100 single unders) and 4 human makers 35/25# (or 10 burpees)

Congrats to our "Who Programmed This?" contest winners! Crozier had the most correct votes, 7. She won a deluxe Norwex gift set courtesy of Coach Heidi. Corinne and Matt tied for the most number of votes and the number of correct votes. Corinne wins a Thai yoga massage from Crozier, and Matt wins a True Spirit CrossFit & Yoga t-shirt. Coach Noah is the coach with the most votes. He wins a massage from Jenna Leigh Yoga and Massage.
