Declutter - that is the Whole Life Challenge Week 5 Lifestyle challenge. All of us are tasked to declutter something every day. It can be physical like our kitchen cabinets, our inbox, the Apps on our iPhone. It can also be mental, decluttering the extraneous stuff on our mind that takes up space.
We practiced this in Yoga Motion's teacher training. We were challenged with getting rid of that which no longer served us. Do you have something you need to declutter? Perhaps this is the week you clean out the garage, or clean out your mind of all the thoughts, images and old ways of thinking that no longer serve you.
