It's Whole Life Wednesday! I LOVE this week's lifestyle challenge. When I was training and competing in Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) I had a special snatch playlist and an altogether different clean & jerk playlist. I needed to by happy to snatch heavy and aggressive to clean & jerk heavy. Michael Franti was my go to snatch music and Greenday, Guns and Roses, and AC/DC were my Clean & Jerk soundtrack.
