2. Enroll in Foundations
Foundations is our private training program that all new CrossFitters complete. You'll learn the whys and wherefores of CrossFit.
3. Join the Tribe or Stay Solo
After Foundations you have the option of joining our group classes or continuing with personal training. Some folks do a bit of both.
Sometimes you need personal attention. You might want extra practice, some accountability, or you're just not ready for group classes. We have personalized options for you.
