Coaches KStar and Carl Paoli are back to show us how to increase our hanging power on the pull-up bar. This will help you get a better score for today's WOD. Our WOD today, Nicole, is all about being able to hang onto the bar. Once you come off, you have to run again. Watch Part 2 of the video here.
Workout of the Day Nicole As many rounds and reps in 20 Min of: 400m Run Max Rep pullups Every time you drop off the bar completes a round. Score is total number of pullups and rounds. Book club tonight at Bozeman Wellness Center at 5:30pm.
