It's Mobility Monday and we're continuing our Whole Life Challenge/MovNat follow along mobility series. You can do these mobility exercises at home, at work or during Goals and Goats on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Mobility is an important component of a regular fitness program. Our bodies are made to move and we need to move them daily. We are really good at moving them during a CrossFit class, but how good are we at moving them on days we don't do CrossFit? How good are we at moving them slowly and deliberately, in ways that make us feel good or in ways that ease our pain?
