Today is the last day of the 2015 CrossFit Games Open. The next phase of the 2015 Games is the Regional event. The top 20 men, women and teams from each region will compete in a grueling three day event. The top 3 Regional finishers will advance to the Games in July.

Would you like to play outside with us this Saturday? We are riding in Yellowstone National Park from the West Yellowstone entrance. The road is closed to cars, and open to bikes! Meet at the gym this Saturday at 9:45am to carpool down to West. Bring plenty of warm clothes, food for a picnic lunch, and water. We will probably ride about 30 miles.
