It can be such a challenge to wade through all of the misinformation out there. every Monday I share with you reliable sources to bust the most persistent myths. Why am I so passionate about this? Because people still ask me what is the best way to get 6 pack abs, or to lose weight, or to be "lean, but not bulky."
