It's Mobility Monday and day 10 of the Whole Life Challenge. How is the WLC going for you? Are you doing your daily mobility? We had been following along with a weekly MovNat mobility practice and now we are following along with Yoga Tune Up for this Whole Life Challenge. Do you prefer one style of mobility? Do you notice any similarities between the two styles?
This is our last week of the Beyond the Whiteboard Fitness Level Up challenge. Has your Fitness Level changed? If it went down, don't despair!
