Today's #foodiefriday recipe takes advantage of the best of our summer harvest. Zucchini's are bulging forth surprising us with their ability to double in size overnight. Cherry tomatoes are making us cheerful. Peaches from Utah and Colorado are finally available at roadside farm stands. Check out the one of North 19th or at four corners.
