Changing our habits can be HARD! The right combination of will power, momentum, discipline and accountability all need to coalesce into a series of successful days. Those successful days build into weeks and the weeks build into a month, and finally you're habit is changed. Of course, there are pitfalls, back steps, and swerves all along the way that challenge our ability to stay on the rails.
As I am meeting with each of you for our Summer Check-in I'm hearing a common theme emerge, you want your body to represent all of the hard work you do in the gym. In other words, you want to look like the badass that you are. Basically, you want to look better naked. Of course you do! We all do!
Well my friends, we can't out CrossFit our diet. That is why we're doing a August Nutrition Challenge. However, instead of telling you what you can't eat (because sometimes that sends us down the binge path) we're telling you that you should eat MORE. That's right, the 800g Challenge is a program based on abundance and fullness. You will develop the excellent habit of weighing your food, you will feel better, have more energy and look better when you eat enough fruits and vegetables.
