I love Fridays! It's the last day of the week and it's my signal that much needed down time is headed my way.
One of the healthy lifestyle practices I have developed is the weekly meal plan and Sunday evening cook up. Having a plan for the week is essential to sticking to my nutrition program. Now that I have my Whoop strap I have real data that's showing me that my nutrition is a key component of my recovery. Want to be ready to perform at the gym tomorrow? Pay attention to what you eat today!
You can recover over the weekend with this delectable recipe from The Splendid Table. Our gardens and local farms are over flowing with greens and soon peas will follow.
