We love it that so many of you are able to climb the rope! It's a feeling of total accomplishment and complete badassery when you touch the top of the rope. For those of you still working on rope climbs, keep at it! You'll get there soon! We work on rope climb technique at least once a week in the gym. Here's a good video refresher on the two styles of foot wrap we teach and the pros and cons of each.
