Back in November Siri had to scale pull-ups to her knees. Now she has excellent strict pull-ups. We love seeing this progress!
This week's Lifestyle Challenge is to spend 4 mins (2 mins each leg) in couch stretch every day. So many of us sit for hours everyday, and our hip flexors get short, tight and gnarled. We need those hip flexors so we can jump, kip, run, ski, bike and do so may other fun things. Open the front of your hips this week in couch stretch. It might just change your life. Be sure to record your weekly lifestyle challenge on this blog. We will award a prize to the person who completes the most lifestyle challenges. We are doing all 4 of the 2017 CrossFit Games Age Group Online Qualifier workouts this week. These are the workouts that the top 200 teens and masters from the CrossFit Games Open must complete in order to qualify for the CrossFit Games. After completing the 4 workouts, the top 20 in each age division are invited to compete at the Games this summer. We will be using the 55-59 Age Standards as our Prescribed standard all week long.
