This Sunday is the Superbowl! Superbowl Sunday sometimes can derail our best intentions to eat well. Dips, chips, wings and beer are an American tradition for the big game. Why not make this Superbowl a Paleo day? You can still have all the food fun, but you can avoid the bellyache and regret on Monday.
