Today is a #podiumweek make-up day. The priority workout is the CrossFit/Powerlifting Total, next priority is the Level 1 or Level 2 Work Capacity skills and tests, next priority is Fight Gone Bad. If you have done all 3 of these workouts you will do Helen or something else your Coach chooses for you you.
Remember, we are doing the Baseline tomorrow and you're encouraged to bring a friend to class. It's a free class all day for your friends. We are having our big celebration, Baseline & Beers at 5:30pm. We'll line up the ergs and go in heats. Afterwards we'll hang out and enjoy free beer. Hope to see you there!
Saturday is our Holiday PR Brunch Party.
Join us at 9am for a fun morning filled with PRs, burritos and lots of fun socks.
Yes! We are doing a White Elephant sock exchange. Bring some fun socks to put into Santa's bag.
Before we attempt our PRs we will all pull a pair of socks from the bag.
You get one steal for every PR you attain.
One pair of socks can only be stolen 3 times.
We will steal socks and eat drink and be merry at about 11AM.
Chipotle has donated a box of burritos for our brunch and we will serve coffee and FItAid mimosas. Please feel free to bring a brunch item to share if you like.
