We are in week 6 of our Whole Life Challenge! Wooohooo, we're more than halfway through! Every WLC is different and for those of us who have done multiple challenges, we learn something new in each one. Your first WLC is often about nutrition, after that, other healthy lifestyle factors become more important. My second WLC solidified a daily meditation habit.
