Today we are training for the MetCon portion of the CrossFit LiftOff. This is the MetCon from the 2015 CrossFit LiftOff. It is a classic AMRAP that combines Olympic weightlifting with gymnastics. The reps are low and the weight is light. That is your clue that this workout is intended to be fast, fast, fast.
Today's Technique Tuesday video is the CrossFit LiftOff MetCon workout standards. Often, a competition will have specific standards of movement to ensure fairness and consistency in judging. Today, you will do the workout according to the competition movement standards. Scale and modify as much as you need to enable you to meet these standards. Good luck!
