Today's Workout HUFFING FOR STUFFING! Congratulations to all of our Whole Life Challenge finishers! We are excited to announce our winner, Beckie Stewart. Beckie is yoga instructor Laura Horrigan's mom. This is the second WLC Beckie has completed. Beckie had knee replacement surgery several months ago and used the WLC as a recovery program. She was using a walker when she started the WLC eight weeks ago and now she can can jog 100 yards! Congratulations Beckie!
