Aim for your 3RM for the singles, 75-85% of your 3RM for the set of 10, 60-70% for the set of 20 and 50% for the set of 30.

You made a very healthy food recipe used for proper dieting and exercising. I will surely try it out once I get my hands on the ingredients listed. It seems to be filled with a lot of nutrients and vitamins just by the Apple Salad itself. You also listed a workout routine to be partnered with the recipe you made. You should consider creating a book about workout routines and fitness guides, you have a talent in it.

I think the Whole Life Challenge is important to keep one's self healthy and in shape. I believe that workouts are important to be accompanied by healthy meals.
