Brian F. squats beautifully. Woohooo! It's Friday! What do you have planned for the weekend? I hope it's something fun. James and I are in Las Vegas for the American Open 3. This Olympic weightlifting competition is the largest in history and I am competing Saturday night at 8pm. Wish me luck! I am looking forward to our Fall nutrition challenges.
