By taking the components of an exceptional quality of life, and boiling them down to simple daily habits, they present a framework for living your life … uniquely and excellently.
Many of us have completed several WLCs and have found that we are ticking with the 7 daily habits, eating clean, exercising, mobilizing, hydrating, supplementing, reflecting and other lifestyle changes.
Coach Leslie has led several nutrition challenges, and continues to select the WLC for its integrated and holistic approach to creating a healthy lifestyle.
Accountability, to yourself, our family, your community, is an important key to successful change, of any kind. Accountability is integrated in the WLC through the on-line platform. By logging your daily points, you are accountable to yourself and the team. This accountability alone is enough to initiate positive changes for many players.
