It's Whole Life Wednesday! This week's challenge is to eat one meal per day that is 100% locally sourced. This will be very easy if you're taking the Bozeman Locavore Challenge. If you're not, you can still be a Locavore for the next week!
The rules are simple:
Eating locally has so many personal and environmental health benefits. You might find that by eating locally you consume more fresh whole fruits and vegetables. You will probably eat less processed foods because so much processed food is made somewhere else.
