One of the values Coach Nick and I share and have blogged about quite a bit is the importance of eating whole unprocessed foods and eating locally directly from the farm to our table.
Today's #Foodiefriday recipe takes advantage of our summer abundance and provides you with a delicious healthy dose of fresh carrots and local herbs.
