Today is our one year anniversary! We are so grateful for all of you. You have helped us create a community of like minded folks who like to work hard, play hard, eat well, recover and live a healthy and sustainable life.
We owe our continuing success to our trainers, without whom this place would be terribly dull. Thank you Coaches Noah, Jon, Kristine, Heidi and our fabulous yoga instructors Julian, Laura, Regena and Tami. Please drop us a line and let us know how we've done this first year. We are looking forward to many more years to come! We picked up a heavy barbell and rowed, of course:-) Thank you Heather, Sarah, Tara and Trevor who have been with us since DAY 1!
