Do you want to improve your jump rope skills? You're in luck! Zach just completed a CrossFit Specialty Jump Rope course and is ready to teach you all the super cool skills he learned. Jumping rope is SO much more than just single and double unders. Although, Zach can help you get better at those. Zach is totally fired up to help you take your fitness to a different level!
Zach is offering 3 mini jump rope workshops Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:00 PM. Each half-hour session is $10 or you can buy all three for $25. In these mini sessions you will learn how to properly size your jump rope, how to improve your single unders, how to become efficient at double unders and how to use the jump rope in ways you've never imagined.
