Today we are revisiting a classic CrossFit couplet of weightlifting and gymnastics. The burpee pull-up is potent combination of two very difficult gymnastics movements. There's a very famous CrossFit workout called GI Jane which is 100 burpee pull-ups for time. Perhaps this is in our future?
