Who's ready for a barbell?
YEAH!!! It's Foodie Friday! It's been a long week with lots of ups and downs thanks to those no push-up burpees yesterday:)
As I mentioned in yesterday's Homegrown Paleo blog, there are some cool season crops that can be grown as early as March in our region. We have fabulous farmers who know season extension techniques and we can enjoy, right now, fresh lettuce, green, carrots and parsnips. I'm picking my farm box up at the farm tomorrow and I'll be making these fantastic parsnip fries.
