4/13 Monday - Let's Play Bingo!

Today we start our #stayhome Bingo game!
The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the greatest obstacles of our lifetime. Collectively, we are experiencing grief, anxiety, boredom, anger, sadness, and uncertainty. Never before in our lives have ALL OF US gone through this together. Individually we may have overcome more challenging times. Together, we are experiencing a vast array of emotions. Our #stayhome bingo game will be fun and help us keep structure and focus in our lives. 
Last week I started conducting our Spring Check-ins remotely via Google Hangouts or FaceTime. Be sure to schedule yours, it's a the center Bingo square.
While I've only met with a few of you, I've noticed a remarkable trend. Lack of structure is a common struggle. We no longer have our job, CrossFit class, or school to GO TO.
For most of us, we stay home and struggle. For others (thank you Breanna, Christina R., and all the other health care professionals in our tribe) we go to work and are faced with longer shifts, a lack of supplies, and increased responsibilities. Both realities are hindered by the lack or change of structure. What once was is no longer. 
Our Bingo game will help us create some structure. You will get up in the morning and make your bed. You will not hit snooze. You will return to your good hydration practice. You will return to all the healthy lifestyle practices we had on March 18. Only now, we give ourselves credit for our healthy choices. Everyone likes to win at something. Here's your chance to win at life.
