We are in the final week of our New Year Whole Life Challenge. For the past 8 weeks we have been eating well, staying hydrated, exercising and doing mobility daily, sleeping 6-8 hours a night, and practicing a different healthy lifestyle habit every week. This week we are practicing gratitude. Every day this week we have been challenged to:
Practicing gratitude can lift us out of depression, turn around a mental funk, and provide a different perspective.
