We are having so much fun competing in the CrossFit Game Open. Last Friday we traveled to Coldsmoke CrossFit. We met up with old friends and made new ones. It was terrific to connect with the greater CrossFit community. Today our team is competing at "home" and our next away competition is next Friday. We'll be traveling to CrossFit Bozeman. We hope you are enjoying the CrossFit Games Open workouts. Perhaps you will be on our team for next year's CrossFir Games Open. Today's Workout Deadlift 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 then CrossFit Game Open Workout 15.2/14.2 Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete: From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 overhead squats 95/65lb 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups From 3:00-6:00 2 rounds of: 12 overhead squats 95/65lb 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups From 6:00-9:00 2 rounds of: 14 overhead squats 95/65lb 14 chest-to-bar pull-ups Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds. Post rounds and reps completed to comments and/or register and submit your results as part of the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games Open. Happy Birthday Ted!
