Ted caught a nice Rainbow in Bear Trap Canyon.
What do you want to be fit for? We have asked all of you that question. Overwhelmingly, your answers share a common theme. You all want to be fit to do something outside. You want to fish, bike, hike, ski, climb and camp in our beautiful mountains. So do we! We know that being active outdoors makes us happier and healthier. Being more active in general helps us balance our hormones and maintain good body composition. The best part of being active? We get to play outside with our friends!
Would you like to play outside with us this Saturday? We are riding in Yellowstone National Park from the West Yellowstone entrance. The road is closed to cars, and open to bikes! Meet at the gym this Saturday at 9:45am to carpool down to West. Bring plenty of warm clothes, food for a picnic lunch, and water. We will probably ride about 30 miles.
