#teamearlybirds gettin squiddy wit it! Can you believe we are in the final 2 weeks of the Open! That's right! It seems as though it has flown right by us. Don't worry if you've missed out. The Open will occur again in October. That's right! We get TWO CrossFit Open's this year. Starting in 2019 the Open will occur every October. Team Early Birds made a big surge last week, but it wasn't enough to overtake the Night Owls. Here's the point spread leading into Workout 19.4. Congrats to Alena and Jessie who got their first strict scaled handstand push-ups! Way to go ladies!
